Mail-In Service

We want as many players as possible to enjoy the benefits of properly sharpened and profiled steel, so we've simplified the mail-in process. Once you've signed up for an "Out Of Towner" membership, we'll send you a welcome package with everything you need to mail your steel back and forth, including mailers, labels, and a steel pouch. We've got you covered with every detail to make it a simple and seamless process.

We recognize the cost of shipping steel back and forth adds up (even at our pre-negotiated, discounted rates), so we offer our OOT members the same perks as our local Elite members at a 20% discount. Our goal is to have as many players skating on properly sharpened and profiled blades as possible, whether you're local to our market or not.

Once you're a registered "O.O.T"...

  • Select your service(s) below and add to cart
  • Be sure to add a service for each set of steel your're mailing in
  • Cost of services will $0.00 if you're logged into your membership; you'll only pay for shipping and any additional purchases (swag, steel, etc.)
  • Once you've submitted your order, pack up your steel using the Tough Cut steel pouch and mailing materials we sent in your welcome package; if you've misplaced the prepaid shipping labels, let us know and we'll email you a new one (but you'll need a printer).
  • Drop off at USPS
  • Receive your steel back within 7-10 days (unless you chose expedited options).
